The Company is primarily engaged in providing Information Technology (“IT”) and IT – enabled operations offshore outsourcing solutions and BPO (business process outsourcing) services to large and medium-sized organizations using an offshore/onsite model.
The Company has its branches and subsidiaries in India and Malaysia. IT services and IT-enabled operations offshore outsourcing solutions are delivered using the offshore centers located in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Noida, Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata, Trichy, Salem and Gandhinagar in India.
